OMG! I actually remember the book that the ‘celebrity’ worn sweaters were in! Even in the 80′s some of these were a bit much!

「ドンタク」は、オランダ語で「日曜日」「休日」を意味する「Zondag（ゾンターク）」に由来し、「博多どんたく」の「どんたく」の由来でもある言葉で、明治時代から使われている。
土曜日は半日が休みなので、半分のドンタクで「半ドン」と呼ばれるようになった。
